“I spoke with Andrew as I wanted to order extra long ties (Donald Trump length) for my fiancé. Andrew had some silk ties made up especially for the long length. My fiancé is delighted with all purchased. Thank you so much for all your help Andrew. Excellent service and quality ties.”

“Since our previous supplier was no longer trading, I needed an alternative source of Ties. From the start ties planet and in particular, Andrew B, have been amazing. They have been able to match my current stock at great prices and delivery times are great. They are helpful, courteous and methodical. I told Andrew from the beginning, 'that I look forward to working with him', and this has most certainly been the case.”

“This was a repeat of a special order of three sets of mens braces I had previously ordered a few years ago. They were well packaged and safely delivered according to the stated time scale. The product was a bit disappointing because the vertical elastic at the back was now a single strand whereas the previous order had loops of elastic giving a double strand. This saved about 6" of elastic as a way of cheapening the product. If I had known they were going to do this I would have happily paid a bit extra to have the more substantial double strand. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.”

As you have mentioned these were specially made braces and to the best of our knowledge were made to the same specification as the previous braces you ordered from us. We are a small, hard working business and try our best to go above and beyond and in this instance thought we had done so by having braces made in a specification that we do not normally stock. “Ties Planet ordered in a specific bow tie (not on their website) from the manufacturer and then sent it out to me, meeting a very tight deadline. “I don't even know where to begin to show my appreciation and respect for the staff at this company. I had been looking for burnt orange and sage ties and pocket squares for my bridal party (groomsmen and bridesmaid/man). The issues we was having was either they didn't have the colours or the shades of them differed all over. Having looked in so many shops it seemed it would have to be purchased online to get the colours. So a bit of looking online I came across Ties Planet. They have a massive selection of ties and pocket squares and other items too. But having looked at the colours on their website I decided to get the Rust and Lovat set as they seemed to be the shade of colour we wanted to match the bridesmaid dresses and the colour the groomsmen wanted. However, when they arrived they were darker than what we thought so wouldn't have worked. Rang the company and spoke to Yvonne. She recommended I order some swatches to see if I could find a better match. So she sent out swatches for me and the Burnt orange actually was the perfect match. But the sage was far too dark for what we wanted. Got in touch again and Chris responded saying he thinks leaf green would be a great match. Not too dark or too light and sent out a Swatch for me. It arrived and again was a perfect match. So I asked to order the new ties in these colours and send the others back. Andrew then rang me a few days later to pay the additional cost (leaf green wasn't a set so needed to pay a bit extra, which I was happy with). Once that was sorted, all I had to do was send back the other ties and a day or two later my new ones came. It was such an easy process and sorted very quickly from start to finish. No messing about sending the old ties and waiting for a refund and ordering the new ones. And now I'm one happy bride and got a happy groom and bridal party. Now to go suit shopping Thanks again so much for an easy, straight forward transaction. You all made everything so simple and friendly. Will definitely be recommending our families to get their ties from you guys too!”

“We visited Andrew at his unit to match some ties to a dress. He'd already got several choices out waiting, and when we asked for variations he knew without hesitation where they were. The choice was fantastic, quality great, and first rate service.”
