“The shipping was fast. The color did not match what I was looking for. But the shade of teal that I am looking for has been very difficult. I also understand color projected online can be difficult to match to true lighting. So definitely not holding it against them. I am not enthused about the return policy. Since I ordered from the US the postage to ship back will be half the cost of the ties. I just know now not to order online overseas.”

“Lovely tie, unfortunately the colour wasn't quite right so had to be returned. Refunded my money very quickly.”

“I am average height and build but the tie was at least 150mm too short, the underneath bit was way too short to slip into the loop at the back of the tie. I threw it in the bin.”

Dear Glyn Many thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry to hear the tie was too short for your requirements. The industry standard length for a men's tie is 57 inches i.e. just short of 145cm. This tie follows that standard. We do stock that colour in an extra long version which can be seen here: https://www.tiesplanet.com/ties-c1/extra-long-ties-c14/plain-teal-green-extra-long-tie-p11268 This may be worth bearing in mind if you prefer your ties to be longer than the standard length. We also have a very fair returns policy so you would have been welcome to return the tie to us as oppose to throwing it in the bin.
