“The item itself is good quality and well made, although unfortunately the colour was far lighter than expected. That said, on contacting Tie Planet and explaining the situation, they were absolutely superb and sent out colour swatches of their available colours and once I had selected a more closely matching colour they sent out a replacement order in the revised colour very quickly, and even included a return pack for me to send back the original delivery. Superb customer service, not normally found online, but these guys are good! Andrew from Ties Planet, Thank You very much!”
