“Product as advertised. Was surprised that it was not delivered through the letterbox, even though it was not bulky. As I was not at home at the time it was sent back to the depot and I had to go and collect it, which was touch and go as I needed it for the next day and had paid for special delivery.”

We posted out promptly using the Royal Mail 24 service. This does attempt to deliver next day and it is rare that anything takes more than two days for delivery. We are sorry if this wasn't the case, but we have no way of guaranteeing it with the standard service. We have checked our emails and did reply to you. We always reply to emails received by customers so not sure if it landed in your junk folder or was not delivered for some reason, but can assure you we replied.
