“I have used this company for many years and the service has been excellent, as has the quality of ties purchased. However, on this occasion I was somewhat disappointed because the tie I received has no tab at the back, so I am unable to thread the thinner side of the tie behind the wider part.”

All the ties should have the self loop on the back, so unfortunately you must have received a very rare tie without this. Of course we should have noticed this on packing the item and do apologise for the inconvenience caused. “Absolutely fantastico. This tie is now a treasured possession. It sure got a reaction from a few people, which is just what I wished for, and received.
