Dear sir/madam Many thanks for your order and for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry to read that you did not receive the tie until after the date it was required. We did post the order out on schedule using Royal Mail Special Delivery to be there next day by 1pm. According to Royal Mail, a delivery attempt was made on the date at 10.42am but no-one was available to sign for the parcel. We do always post out orders promptly and can assure you had we been informed of any difficulty with the delivery would have done everything possible to get the tie with you as soon as possible. As you have no use for the tie then of course you can return it to us as we have a 90-day return policy. If there is anything further you would like to discuss with regards the order do please email us at sales@tiesplanet.com. “Quality and finish very disappointing. Colourwise, did not exactly match the pocket square purchased along with it. I did not and will not be using the tie as I got a far superior one from Wrexham Club Ties for a similar price. Waste of money!”
