“Poor quality, charged €9 customs charge”

We are sorry that you feel the product is 'poor quality' as this is from our main range of plain ties which we have sold for years. We very rarely get negative comments with regards to the quality of products and in fact regularly get very positive comments on value for money given the price of the ties. In terms of any customs charges, this is something completely out of our hands. “Excellent quality tie but more impressive was the customer service. I ordered a slightly different shade of tie than I wanted and phoned to arrange an exchange. The gentleman I spoke to was extremely helpful and suggested a shade (complete with colour code to avoid any confusion) that was absolutely perfect. Once I returned the initial tie I received an email to confirm it had been received and the new one sent out, which I received the next day. It's not often I'm shopping for a tie but next time I am there's only place I'm buying from.”
