“Since buying my first board from a popular supermarket last year, I fell in love with paddle boarding! Whilst doom scrolling through fb one day an advert for Tidal Rave popped up and since seeing their boards I knew I had to have the Plazma board but unfortunately they have been sold out for a little while. When checking if they had come back into stock I noticed that Tidal Rave sell refurb boards with minor imperfections for £170 cheaper and with all brand new accessories and a 2 year warranty! The board I wanted was available as a refurb so naturally my curiosity got the better of me and I messaged Tidal Rave to ask about the imperfections and they advised that their maybe a small mark or glue spot which caused the board to fail their quality control. I decided to bite the bullet and buy one, it turned up the next day and I inflated it to look it over and I found one very small glue spot just by the foam pad which you would only notice if you were looking for it! I’m really impressed with the quality of the board, accessories and the customer service I received from Tidal Rave, oh and the face I saved £170 is a massive win! I’m just waiting for the weather to pick up now so I can get out on the water! This won’t be my last purchase from Tidal Rave, I’ve got my eye on the water proof speaker now!”
