“This is our second purchase of a Tidal Rave board & we couldn’t be happier. As new paddle boarders these come with everything we needed (except pfd) to get started at a good, midrange price.
We have found the service to be very good. The boards come well packaged and very quickly with good information from the courier.
Any mails we have sent are responded to quickly.
The designs are fabulous & are always commented on when out and about. The quality of the boards is very good, the bags in particular are great with padded straps making lugging it up and down coast lines easier. Much better quality than I’ve seen in others.
The only slight issue (if I’m being picky) is the fins can be hard to remove, I use a tool on the release slider as I can’t do it with my finger, this is worsened if it has grit or sand in it. Just make sure you slide it shut when attaching them to secure them in place. It’s not a problem, just something to be aware of & gets easier with use. As I say - that’s being very picky! LOVE our boards & recommend them to others all the time.”
