“Item arrived and looks nothing like the one advertised. No ears and mask does not look at all like a raccoon on the doll sent. They must have goofed up during production and never should have sent this out. Contacted customer service 2 times with 0 reply to resolve and send out corrected item or just refund. It’s the Christmas but still 0 response to resolve and it’s been a week. Terrible customer service and just a bad experience so far.”
