“I ordered the wrong size and had to return to switch out for the correct size. That process was pretty easy (although there is a cost to send the shoes back from the US) but there was an issue with DHL and having the new shoes delivered. I don't believe the issue was due to anything Thomas Bird did and Samantha was very responsive and took care of the issue.”
