“The initial part of the process was great, I received the return label immediately, and the collection process was on time at my address. Unfortunately, I have not received the credit on my credit card. I would appreciate it if someone could let me know when I am going to get my funds. Thanks”

Good evening Oscar, I'm sorry about that. I've looked into your return in more detail and I can confirm a full refund has now been applied to your credit card. The return came back to us during Christmas & New Year celebrations and there was a backlog of returns and exchanges for us the customer service staff to process.
