“the process is smooth. Some suggestions: 1. consider charging for shipping after the shoes arrive, inspected, and refunded. It is easier for customers instead of paying for it up front. 2. Maybe in the future slightly raise prices on shoes and offer free shipping. The majority of shoes do not get returned, so, the cost coudl be minimal to add while offering free shipping. Just a thought.”
