“I don’t like the fact that a first time buyer who bay have difficulties with size has to pay for shipping cost. I think the first time buyer should receive a free return if the shoes don’t fit pther than that easy transaction”

“The shoes are not red, but an almost black color. The fit is extremely different size wise from another shoe of this brand. Additionally, returns are really hard and took a bit of time, driving to drop off the box at a shipment center and more effort than other brands. For such an expensive shoe I expected a much different product quality and customer service experience. I don't think I would order from this brand again.”

“This company has terrible customer care. I paid $35 dollars for a return slip on the same day I received my shoes and I have still not heard from them. I have sent multiple emails and phone calls and no reply. Please stay away from these companies”

Good evening Stanley, I'm really sorry about that. It appears as though the return shipping information and labels went into your spam folder. This has happened occasionally in the past and I think it is because of the DHL return shipping label attachments in the email.
