“Always been a size 9 , didn’t fit correct was too big , loved the shoes generally so ordered size 8 to accommodate again too big was slipping on heel when walking, very disappointing in sizing contacted customer services no reply”

“Love these boots! The presentation was top notch and the leather is incredible. Unfortunately, because the shafts are so narrow, the zipper on my right boot was completely busted while trying to zip them up (the left boot zipped up just fine). I'm a pretty lean guy (6'2'' and 215), so keep that in mind when ordering. Aside from that, I would still recommend buying. Hopefully, I can get the zipper replaced.”

“The boots are perfect in color and quality of leather and in comfort. My only complaint is the quality of the craftsmanship… the prices of leather that goes down the back of the boot seam is stitched crooked on both boots, so I’m unhappy with them.”

Hi Steffan, thanks for the feedback. Sorry to hear they weren't quite the right fit for you. We've had other customers say they're too tight so it's probably just one of those situations where the boots just weren't meant to be.

Sorry to hear that. We can either have the boots back at our expense, or we can pay for a local cobbler to stick the leather insock back down. They are spot glued from factory (in case you wanted to remove them to insert your own insole) but they should be secure from the start. I do apologise. Good evening Katherine, I'm very sorry to hear that. We are still trying to change the delivery address with UPS after you notified us about inputting the incorrect address on the order. We've raised a tracer with the shipper and requested UPS to return to sender if they are unable to redirect them to you. Also, we've tried emailing you via the email address on the order, but I can see this review was submitted using a different email so we'll forward the messages there. Hopefully, you'll pick them up ok. We'll keep a close eye on this delivery and resolve the issue by the end of the week.
