“I bought the Benson wholecut shoes in olive one year ago (very satisfied with them) and was pleased to see Thomas Bird release a new offering in almond tan. What drew me to the almond tan is that it's an uncommon color that will stand out. It has some yellow tones, so it's going to pair well with warmer color suits (tan, lighter green, earth tones, medium gray and colors such as terracotta). It's more of a shoe to wear in the spring and summer, making it a great option for semi-formal and dressy casual settings. As for the fit, it's comfortable and I did not need a breaking-in period. The chiseled toe elevates the shoe to another level of sophistication that is not going to be seen regularly. Finally, I was impressed with how fast I received the shoes. I live in the United States, and the shoes arrived within four days after placing the order. Another great offering from Thomas Bird for people wanting something that stands out from the crowd.”
