“I have been using this wool for a long time knits up beautifully, very soft and suitable for children's jumpers, toys and adults, washes well and keeps its shape and colour when washing instructions followed, customer service is great and orders arrive really quickly and well packaged. Excellent value for money.”

“Super fast delivery & perfect for the 2 blankets that I wanted to make. I have been using this for the past 2 weeks & it is so lovely to crochet with. I am very new to crochet & it is so easy to use - it doesn't split & is so easy to get a perfect stitch every time. “Found this wool by accident in a little wool shop on a day out. First item I knitted with it turned out really well that I had to get some more. Done a search online and found The Wool Factory stocked it. I love the quality of this wo. Great choice of colours and the service from The Wool Factory is just great. I will not be buying my wool from anywhere else in future.”
