“I think this is really nice tasting tomato pesto without cheese or nuts which most supermarkets seem to add. The use by date seems to be around 3 to 4 months and the pesto has to be used within 5 days of opening though to be frank mine lasts 3 weeks in the colder part of a fridge and I’m still here. It’s expensive as pestos go but I feel it’s worth it.”
“This is so tasty! We love it lightly mixed into crushed boiled potatoes! It is so good I have bought some jars and given them as presents. It is great to liven up many vegetables. (quick to do too!)”
