“Beautiful halved & marinated in a simple dressing & salt for ten minutes before becoming part of a salad or as a side dish. I make up my own dressings & have a variety of salt from which to choose eg garlic salt, citrus salt or just plain sea salt flakes. The tomatoes are firm, succulent, look very pretty on the plate & are very delicious.”
