The white and variegated aubergines are great cooked on the griddle with a meatier texture and excellent taste.

The white aubergine has a different texture and is excellent cooked on a griddle pan. The variegated and long aubergines are also excellent quality and also perfect for griddling.

Beautiful and fresh aubergines that are very tasty in a variety of recipes, especially when combined with IoW tomatoes and peppers as well :-)!
