“I buy aubergines from The Toamto Stall because it's convenient - they're British, they're fresh and they're delivered to my door. They're generally more expensive than I could buy elsewhere but I wouldn't get the pretty colours! I'm not a huge fan of aubergines and I can't see any difference in the flavour of these aubergines once they're cooked.”
