“Great service and easy ordering. Should have taken more notice that the height described includes the pot! One of the plants (Footstool palm) is in very lose soil and full of roots with several growing out of the bottom of the pot, so I guess I need to repot it soon. It also is very prickly and there was no warning on the box so I got a sharp thorn in my finger as I lifted the plant out of the box. But I would probably use Stem again.”
