Blue Fescue, otherwise known as Festuca glauca, is a hardy evergreen, dwarf, ornamental grass known for its fine, blue-grey foliage. It is mound-forming, with upward flower spikes appearing in June and July. As an outdoor plant the blue Fescue is low-maintenance and requires little attention.
