I contacted Tom, who informed me that the legs had already been dispatched. Despite this, a new set was sent to me at no extra cost and arrived promptly- well packaged and in perfect order. Email replies came swiftly each time I contacted the company and I can’t recommend them highly enough. The free installation guide was useful, too, for some handy tips and the protector feet that were thrown in work really well- I wouldn’t have thought to order them, but they make a real difference.
