There was confusion as my order arrived split over two days and so I logged some parts as missing until they arrived the next day. It would be better to have let me know that this may happen.”

Sorry for the confusion here. Some items (especially when some are big and some are small) can get split in transit. Your parcel was shipped with DPD and they should have provided you with a notification via email or in their app that this happened.
I have raised this issue with DPD and asked them to confirm why this did not happen.
“I'm really pleased with the legs and the new piece of furniture they have created. What's also really good are the small caps on the feet if the legs that protect the carpet. Saves me having to find something to do that.”
