“My friend made me a console table out of some solid wood planks of wood. I bought these tall hairpin legs to complement it. Now, in all fairness, the company isn't psychic so cannot provide screws to suit every different situation. For my console they were far too small to hold a heavy wood table top made of 2 inch thick solid wood planks (which only cost £5 off a Gumtree seller), so my friend used 6mm coach screws just over 1 inch long. I wonder if some of the reviewers who comment on their table or bench being wobbly have failed to use the correct screws. Just a thought.”
“I'm so happy with my hairpin legs! Product is sturdy and well made, and supplied with well suited protective feet. The legs came so quickly, and was very well packaged. Mine didn't come with a guide as advertised, but does not hinder my enjoyment of this product.”
