The meats were very hard to extract. We ended up ripping the majority of the slices. We didn’t like the texture of the beef it was like beef jerky very hard.

We recommend removing the meats from their vacuum pack, leaving them to come to room temperature and then separating the slices. Hope this helps. The beef is our most popular product, it is a very lean cut so will have a drier texture than some of the fattier pork products.
