“Although the box set was beautifully presented, the gin bottle and 2 glasses were packed inside in a mould and I had to carefully cut through it to release the contents, as it quickly became obvious that pulling them out would have certainly risked breaking the items, especially the beautifully decorated and delicate gin glasses. One of which, after all that, did have a crack at the top. I eventually tasted the Gin, but I was disappointed and I really cant understand why distillers have to mess about with the original taste of the Juniper Berry kick in Gin. In my opinion, adding Chamomile, Rose, Elderflower, Kaffir Lime leaf, Pear, Bergamot and local Honey is quite pointless and completely spoils the taste of the unique flavour of a traditional Gin and one which has been around for many years and is still enjoyed that way by many.”
