“I ordered my drinks on a Thursday and paid premium for next day delivery. I received a email confirmation on Friday 11:36 which confirmed my drinks have been dispatched so I was expecting my delivery on Friday or latest Saturday morning for my event on that Saturday. I rang the customer service line on Friday to clarify date of delivery, they only took my email address and telephone number and said someone will call me back am still waiting for the call. on Saturday it went past 12:00pm and drinks were still nowhere to be seen. the drinks were delivered on Monday after the event. so thank yo u very much. I now have useless 7 bottle of champagne in my house which also ruined my daughters 18th. We didn't toast, my guests who prefers this drink had to drinks something else. not good at all.”

“Giving 1 star as I actually received the wrong bottles instead of this. Contacted the drinks basket, didn’t receive a response until around a week later and was told they will send me the correct bottles. I still haven’t got anything.”
