“Purchased 2 whiskies from this company on the 31/1/21 and spent nearly £200 arrived 3 days later. However one of the whiskies was a cheaper one (over £40 cheaper)than I ordered.Rang up to explain and was told no one was available to help ,leave your details and we will get back. No one did get back I had to ring back again.This time was told sorry it’s a picking error we will get the one you ordered out right away and give you a label to post the other one back.Four days later still no whiskey I ordered.phoned again told no one can help they are all in a meeting leave details and we will get back.I said I wasn’t convinced no one was available to help but was basically told to go away and just leave details.called again to be told no one to help they are all in a meeting I said again I wasn’t convinced told well there is no one to help leave your details.So I said I suppose I’ll have to contact my credit card company about it then and was told you do that then.so I have. This company has a really bad attitude to customer service,they never ring you back and don’t seem to care how they treat you,just happy to take your money. So PLEASE don’t make the mistake I have of dealing with this company unless you want some stress.”
