“I’m really wanted it to be great as it is a local business, but the quality wasn’t good enough to gift to a colleague as a leaving present. The inner packaging was poor. I expected a lot better for the price. The company charge for refunds & it did take a couple of emails to rectify.”

We're really sorry to hear you weren't pleased with the quality of the blanket. Our merino blankets are woven with the finest and lightest yarns but perhaps one of our thicker wool blankets would be more to your preference. “Lovely good size soft merino wool (not itchy!) blanket. I wanted to put some warm Christmassy colour onto our grey sofa for Christmas time. Did expect a few more red squares going by the pictures. Lovely colours but perhaps going forward, patterned blankets can also be shown opened out flat (as they would look on beds and sofas) to give full visual display too. I now have 5 of your lovely blankets! Merry Christmas x”

“We are delighted with our beautiful Throw which is colourful, soft and warm. It’s just the right size and is being delightfully used during this cold weather. It was a wonderful gift to give to my husband. I also gave one to a relative.”
