“The throw is warm, soft and a wonderful colour. It really transforms the room. I ordered a second one for the equally worn armchair 18 months later. The blanket is not recommended as a cover I know, but I take good care of it and am happy to live with the pilling. If we have visiting dogs/children I replace it with a less special, and very boring, synthetic throw that tolerates frequent washing. I confess I haven't needed to wash the woolen throw yet, but I will be sure to follow the care instructions when I do. Thank you.”

“I love my buttercup throw, I wanted it for a bay window sofa to brighten it up and make it more cosy. I went for XL and it’s big enough to cover all the cushions on my 2 seater. It a lovely yellow, very cheerful. The weave feels firm and very sturdy but amazingly lightweight for the size because of the natural fibres and herringbone weave. I can now imagine me getting one for the living room and the bed for winter…. !”

“We purchased an Extra Large Throw 100% Wool, Buttercup colour, ideal for Winter and Autumn. The Throw, Blanket, is warm, soft, cosy, bright vibrant colour. On the first night we noticed better sleep, so noticeable that we wondered if it was the Blanket and it was, 3 nights now with distinctly improved sleep. Placed over a Light Summer Duvet 4.5 Tog it gives the perfect mix. It seems to breathe and trap warmth at the same time. So impressed we made a second purchase. Extra Large Throw, Merino, slightly Lighter Weight than Wool, Damson colour, for Spring Summer. Thank You British Blanket.”

“I absolutely and I can't stress this enough, love my new blanket. The colour is fabulous, buttercup, matching my chair perfectly. But most of all it feels wonderful wrapped around me sitting by my open bedroom window enjoying the fresh crisp air. Fantastic quality along with brilliant service and delivery, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality wool at reasonable prices.”
