“Nice soft blanket”

“Looks great but beware! Wash before first use! The fibres this thing sheds is crazy. I knew I was buying wool but wasn’t prepared for the amount of shedding and the fibres getting up my nose, down my throat(!) and irritating my skin. I may just be sensitive to them but I don’t know. The product description does recommend washing before use but that’s the only place it does so I think (don’t recall seeing it on the packaging anywhere) and I missed it first time. Overall it looks really nice. Understated and classy and it’s nice to buy something that’s gonna be far kinda on the environment and supports British companies. Just yeah, wasn’t prepared for the fibres! Now washed and it’s calmed down dramatically. Feels soft and looks good.”

“This is such a smart throw and we love everything about it - the thickness of the wool, how soft it is and the size. We'll be using it at home, but also have plans to take it on car trips with us, as I prefer to keep the car cool when I'm driving a good distance, so this will keep my husband cosy.”
