“Purchased vehicle insurance through OneCall. My policy was cancelled by them 18 days into its cover. Staff were unwilling to help resolve the issue. The issue could easily have been resolved if staff were competent in their role.
As a result I was charged the normal termination fees. OneCall also charged me for a full year of breakdown cover. I was informed by staff that cancellation charges are non negotiable regardless of circumstances.
Huge waste of time, OneCall should focus more on "customer service".”
