Purchased vehicle insurance through OneCall. My policy was cancelled by them 18 days into its cover. Staff were unwilling to help resolve the issue. The issue could easily have been resolved if staff were competent in their role. As a result I was charged the normal termination fees. OneCall also charged me for a full year of breakdown cover. I was informed by staff that cancellation charges are non negotiable regardless of circumstances. Huge waste of time, OneCall should focus more on "customer service".

Too many texts. One text disputing our NCB amount and putting price up. I sent proof of NCB asking for acknowledgement and confirmation that price would not be increased. I have heard nothing

Terrible service don't bother. Threatened to cancel my insurance for no reason. Staff don't have a clue

I FIND IT VERY HARD TO UNDERSTAND THAT IN THIS DAY-AGE YOU STILL DO DOT KNOW HOW TO HELP PEOPLE THAT HAVE LEARNING DIFFICULTIES.

WHAT A CON? looks like you have cheap insurance till you have singed up then the add ons arrive, now paying more than double the original quote! nothing good about this company they make rip off Britain look good....... regards Len Robinson.
