“Excellent policy meeting all my requirements. Customer service was extremely poor and sometimes threatening when chasing me continuously for a copy of the rear of my licence although i had already sent it in AND provided the "Government DVLC authority" number to view all details of my licence.
Maybe i've spent too long having good service from a friendly broker in the past before going internet based ??
If you can't send a digital copy of your driving licence, then this is not the easiest company to use.”

“Hi the customer service wating time is absolutely appaling. I was on the phone for 1hour and 30 minutes and i have called several time and the wating time has always been the same ti apak to someone. The advisor are o.k but some of them need to be more helpful when speaking to customers.”
