“Every thing seemed to go easily at the beginning then extras were taken from my account without consulting me first. Trying to contact company is a problem and when you do the service is not up to the standards of other company's I have used in the past.”
“I purchased the most cost effective van insurance found. Unfortunately this has proved to be a mistake. IGO4 made some mistakes on my policy. The customer service has been the worst i have ever dealt with in trying to amend these details correctly. The call wait times on their phones are a disgrace. My complaint to them is currently with the financial ombudsman due to these problems, in particular their absolutely disgraceful customer service. If i had paid a little more originally i could have gone with a proper insurance company. I would advise to strongly consider before accepting the cheapest quote. i would strongly advise against IGO4.”
