“I was originally with Hastings and when my renewal was due in November 2016 the price increase was well above inflation and ridiculously high, so when I was able to purchase this insurance with the same insurance company at around £200 less it made sense. My questions is why did Hasting want so much for there renewal quote and I went with a broker and saved a LOT of money. It would seem customer service does not exist and its all about profit.”
