“Cannot put a star rating as no stars to be seen. if there was I would give them one star. they offered a good deal online which I took up, then they said I had misinformed them as I hadn't put a windscreen repair on my information. I responded that they hadn't asked that and I believed windscreen repairs didn't affect the no claims bonus. they agreed that they didn't ask and it doesn't affect the no claims bonus, and then hiked the price up to what I was paying before. did not like the tone of the e.mails I had, but had to accept what they did or I would have had an insurance refusal on my record. I will be changing to someone else next year on principle!”
“Not sure why I had to send my last renewal to prove no claims bonus. Thought everything was doccumented for all to see. Then when I received my documents the registration number was wrong. However still satisfied with the price.”
