“If they can cancel for any reason they will - and you're totally out of pocket, especially when you've paid in full!!!!! All my papers were in order but had to explain that my licence was just a paper one as I had moved house and had to apply for a photo one before I could change my address. Explained all this and they said just to send a copy of the new one in an email when I had it returned from DVLA - unfortunately they wouldn't wait for DVLA to issue my new licence and cancelled - lost alot of money. They offer to give you a new insurance so they can get even more money out of you!!! Gladiator is just a company who is happy to take you're money and will cancel you're policy for any reason without any recourse. Will never recommend them or use them again. Very Unhappy Former Customer.”

“Never received any insurance Document. The money comes out every month I was told over the phone I'm covered so took it at that. You cant rate an insurance company until you need to claim. That's when you know if a company is committed. So far the fact I'm nearly 8 months into my 12 month policy and still not received any documentation is A little disappointing. Im sure when the policy is for renewal I will be on the net for a search again for the cheapest. As of previous experience. Insurance and mobile phone companies are cheap to get you on board then give you nothing for loyalty.
