“Not so helpful once they have your cash, funny how everythings done on line untill it comes to proof of no claims, did everything possible. To make things hard for me, do hard I left and went back to Aviva, even then they made it so hard to leave and to get my money back on the remaining 11 months I diddnt bother”
“required van insurance asked for new policy as was having problems gaining old companies no claims cert.. Was told because I had private insurance they would mirror it.even tho I requested new fresh 0 claims policy. 15 days later the insurance was cancelled AGAIN?? Ans another £400 fee to pay!”
“Misleading cover and shockingly bad customer service. Wanted cover for none business use but needed cover for commuting to and from a fixed place of work. When I received the policy schedule it did not cover commuting. Rang the same day as I took out the policy and they tried to charge a £45 cancellation fee! In the end I had to pay extra to get commuting added to the policy to avoid the cancellation charge. Will never use them again.”
