“Hopefully I won't need to make a claim,but very satisfied with price etc.Saved at least £125 on my last renewal .I suppose it's all ok until you make a claim then time wil tell ,,!”
“This is one of the worst companies that I have dealt with in more than twenty years - they have now cancelled my policy which left me uninsured for 3 weeks and misappropriated approx 75% of the premium paid after only 3 months into the period.
We are now preparing invoices to send to this company(ies) for our time, for compensation and refund of the total premium paid plus statutory interest.
This reflects poorly against The Van Insurer whose vetting procedures seem to be questionable.”
