After agreeing my insurance policy and agreeing to pay in instalment, they started emailing me asking for proof of no claims, I was unaware that you can not use car insurance NCB so I agreed to pay the extra. next of all they where saying I had points on my licence, I know I haven't but checked with DVLA to see, which they confirmed for me. next they cancel may policy, only notifying me two weeks after it was cancelled and sent me a bill for the cancelation fee. good luck with that one!

Full information on policy not provided, price then increased by 50%! flux is now refusing to give a full refund.

Rubbish customer service......lied about costs when had to cancel due to van being scrapped.
