“Constantly emailed about sending documents that have been already sent and having threats to cancel the insurance policy with them.
Had to phone them up numerous times and ended up on hold for ages to sort it out. Hard work would rather pay more for insurance and not get the hassle.
Had the same hassle with them with my other vehicle, thought it wouldn't happen again as I already had a policy with them but was just as bad if not worse. I'd avoid Adrian flux at all costs next time.”
“Flux direct are by far the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Bunch of crooks with staff who have no idea about insurance whatsoever. Currently taking steps through the insurance ombudsman. I would avoid this company at all costs. Do not insure with this company”
