Impossible to cancel during the 14 day cooling off period, phoned them and told to email in, which I have done, phoned again to follow up a few days later as no reply and told would be actioned still hasn’t been. (They don’t seem to have a UK call centre either) Now trying to chase me for cancellations fees when tried to cancel less than 72 hours after taking out the insurance!

Absolutely horrific!! Do not use. Crooks!!!! I am currently going through the financial ombudsman and even though this is happening they have stolen money from my bank account without prior authorisation and against the direction given to them. They were told they had to provide me with a final response letter and a reference to give to the financial ombudsman. Instead they ignored this and just stole money from my account. DO NOT USE NIT MATTER WHAT. !!

Awful experience. The person dealing with the opening of my account was clearly incompetent and repeatedly asked for information that was not required - she insisted I needed to fill out the new keeper part of the V5 when I had merely changed address. Each time I phoned I got a different message from the person I spoke to which also contradicted the emails I received. If I was to choose again I would definitely avoid using you as my broker. You made the experience of finding insurance much harder than it should have been. The worst company I have ever dealt with, and not just in insurance, my experience is the worst of ANY company I’ve ever dealt with.

After an online price of 359 i got a call.was then 450..i sent all documents they asked for.then i got e-mail and call after call..in end cost another 55 quid .admin..very unprofessional and will not renew my policy..i had to deal WITH UNDERWRITERS.SEND V5 DOC. Never had to jump through so many hoops just to be insured..TOOK MONEY WAITED WEEKS THEN BOMBARDED CALLS n EMAILS..MORE N MORE INFO..Treaten cancell policy unless i paid..by e mail..no calls or text.STRESS

Was quoted around 1 thousand pounds for insurance, once taken out credit company want 200 pounds for setting up credit to pay insurance A Con and unfair

The worst insurance company ever, who ever read this review it means that is lucky cause this people are scamm and stay away from them. They have kept my money and every single person that works on their call centre calls and say diferent things. I'm going to chase them. But you who ever you are stay away if you don't want to get scamed.
