“The comparison was brilliant then the news came after insurance had started over a week later that they were canceling my insurance becouse I had failed to send details of a previous claim, one department case of not notifying the other becouse I HAD SENT RELEVANT INFO SO AT MOMENT MY INSURANCE IS SET TO BE CANCELED SO NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THESE AND NO MENTION OF DEPOSIT BEING RETURNED BEWARE!!!!”
“quote went from 1150, to 1500, s the 'online price' is alwas wrong.. took out insurance, then a 'technical' box i clicked on the online form sent it to 1990 after 7 days. alarm bells should of rang then. after 20 days, i was informed that my 3yrs no claims was not valid as they would not accept my insurer and my policy was now 3500. total con people. I cancelled the policy and they wanted 880 for cancelation as i was out of my 14 days 'cooling off' period, although they failed to disclose this within the time limit of receiving my no claims bonus letter and letting it go over the 14 days before letting me know this. total con job. now insured with staveley head for 1450, with a lot more extras than these ever offered and my no claims was accepted no quibble and certificate issued in 24hrs after cheching. keep away from these at all costs. I will say this was courier van insurance, so that is why the quotes were high. still fighting them, the 880 cancellation fee is now down to 179, still refusing to pay it as they took 325 deposit for 24 days insurance.”
