They were supposed to send me a copy of the prospectus with a return envelope and didn't
I emailed them a copy of my renewal certificate and a revised prospectus.
They charged me extra after keeping me hanging on the phone for ages.
Have I received a receipt? No.
Would I use this company again... Figure that one out for yourself.
In this day and age we expect a company to be able to deal with electronic transfer of information. This lot didn't even provide a contact to a geographic address.”

“given a good price. paid for policy, then told my claim of no claims bonus was not acceptable. price to go up by £220. rang commercial vehicle direct to complain. person on phone could not care less about my complaint and was only interested in getting the added money. as the policy had run for more than a month I would have to pay £170. to cancel policy. this company miss sold me a policy. poor service, feel ripped off, will not use again and certainly would not recommend to anyone.”
