However, at check-out I was told I would have to call the company in person. Expecting some catch, I phoned with some trepidation. The call was dealt with efficiently and I was offered a slightly cheaper policy with a bigger name insurance company. Documents arrived quickly, previous no-claims dealt with directly between companies - very satisfied.”
