“Horrid letter from the undrwriters which go skippy were not aware until we informed them and we had had no documents sent at all. Stressful over christmas not knowing whether we could trust policy, slow informing us all was okay with documents provided to underwriter. On day we got the ok from them goskippy informed us that we had 10 days to send licenses or policy would be cancelled but they failed to inform where we were to send them to. They Did not forward email address to send licenses as they said and this was between christmas and new year period so further expensive phones calls had to be made to chase up needed details, email addresses given did not work.....eventually after more expensive calls we sent information by recorded delivery.....absolute nightmare that restricted our vehicle use at no fault of ours. Hopefully we will not need to test out their service further and hopefully next year will offer a better company at a cheaper or equally priced quote.”
