“We were very disappointed with our insurance from First. We were given false information and were misrepresented on the policy price. We proceeded with the policy as it seemed value for money but upon applying for the policy First attempted to charge an extra £500 to the policy!! in the end they agreed to increase it by £250 only as a goodwill gesture! needless to say we were horrified and even instigated a formal complaint, to which no reply was ever received.”

Finally when I receive the quote I had to finalise over the phone after some twenty minutes later after giving all the same info I had just entered, I have my true inflated final quote. Be weary of online quotations not all is what it seems. Go to a brokers instead.”
