“The worse insurer ever,be careful this company is a robbery,the day i made the insurancd by phone they take my deposit on same day the customer service take my UK driving license photo and no claim bonus letter from previous insurance by email ,20 days later they said they need more information i send ,bank statement ,Italian passport,the insurance number and license again ,2 days later they take first month payment ,after the payment day ,they call me saying they need my driving license summary from DVLA and driving license back if i don't send the summary until mid night my policy is cancel,the girl from customer service said is not able to open the page from DVLA and ask me to do it ,the day the page is offline im not able to provide the Summary and im just able to get next day ,i send over to them and they say my policy is cancel ,i try to contact them they send me over and over to another's no one is able to deal with the problem,the result is one month with this insurance they take my deposit,my first payment and now they charge more £117 for policy cancellation total they take from me £600 and if i don't pay the cancellation they send to a recover company,this company is rubbish”
“Be careful with this insurer they have all sorts of add ons my van broke down irreparably so I had to cancel my policy I'd already paid a £200 deposit then had to pay £400 to cancel this was got 3. Weeks cover use them at your peril”
